Natural material variations

Natural stones may exhibit veins, mineral markings, tonal differences, pores, texture changes and other naturally occurring characteristics.

These are not automatically defects. Material conformity will be assessed against the agreed grade, approved sample, product description and applicable specifications.

Tile shade and batch variation

Manufactured tiles may have batch-specific differences within applicable tolerances.

Customers should verify shade, batch and quantity before installation, particularly for large projects.

Technical suitability

Customers should verify product suitability for their intended application, including wet areas, exterior surfaces, high-traffic spaces, parking areas and specialised construction conditions.

Installation precautions

Products should be inspected before installation. Substrate preparation, appropriate adhesives, movement joints, drainage, workmanship and maintenance are essential to performance.

Independent installers are responsible for their own workmanship, subject to any liability legally attributable to Onlystone.
